We have an ever increasing, dedicated and proactive volunteer executive team working hard for your interests. These members are pictured top right on this page and have businesses or strong ties to our area. They're all passionate about making our precinct a buoyant, profitable, safe and fun place to work and live.
We have strengthened our brand, increased cooperative activities with other business and community groups, and are focused on the economic and social wellbeing of the Market District and our Precinct members.
Now with new member benefits on the Market Quarter website, there has never been a better time to become a financial member. With no increase in membership fees we encourage you to support your Association. There is much to achieve.

21 years in 2021
GBP's coming of age
The Grote Business Precinct is one of the longest established and most successful Precinct Association in the City of Adelaide.
In 2021 we celebrated 21 years of service to our precinct. Across those years we had six Presidents, countless volunteer Committee members and three Coordinators, with Yvonne Merendi being our current and longest serving (more than 15 years).
We've seen businesses come and go, our landscape change dramatically from a homewares precinct to a dining, entertainment hub. Through it all, GBP has been the voice of our community to Council and promoted the precinct's many attractions through seasonal promotions and special events.
During our anniversary night at Her Majesty's Theatre we remembered the past in a special presentation, enjoyed entertainment from some talented performers from St Mary's College and reconnected with our neighbours and supporters over drinks and light refreshments.
